Following in the tradition and high standards set by GE, Westinghouse and Mr. Bob Clement of PLC Services, Inc., PowerComm Solutions has developed a Power Line Carrier Maintenance Training School that combines basic Power Line Carrier theory with comprehensive hands-on training. Developed by a team of Power Line Carrier Specialists and compiled by a professional training coordinator, the course material is supported by an extensive PowerPoint presentation designed to keep the program interesting and maximize the learning experience of this multi-day course. We are pleased to announce that in September 2004, Mr. Bob Clement passed along all of his vast Power Line Carrier archives, files and notes to PowerComm Solutions to help us continue providing the highest level of PLC Training to the Electric Utility Industry.
Onsite Training
PowerComm Solutions’ PLC Training Course was designed with flexibility in mind and is typically provided at the customer’s own facility. This permits PowerComm Solutions’ an opportunity to customize the course material specifically around the different manufacturers equipment each electric utility has in service and are most interested in training on. It is typically more economical for PowerComm Solutions to provide our course on-site then to send multiple individuals to an off-site training program.

Regional Training
PowerComm Solutions now offers regional training courses across the country. We have established strategic partnerships with Electric Utilities to host our PLC Schools at their state of the art training facilities. This is ideal for our customers that only require training for a few technicians at a time. This helps minimize travel time and expenses by bringing our training school closer to you.
